Let’s change the future for women in the trades. Since the 1970s, the number of women in Mechanical, Industrial, Technical, and Trades (MITT) careers has stagnated at a mere 3.4%. That’s over 40 years without real progress. But change is possible—with your help.

My name is Judaline Cassidy, and I’ve been a plumber in New York City for over 20 years. When I first picked up my tools as a Union Plumber, my insecurities melted away, and I discovered the strength within me. Now, I’m the Wonder Woman I dreamed of being as a little girl.

We need to show girls that jobs don’t have a gender. Professions like mine should be normal and accessible to women and girls everywhere. To make this a reality, we must INVEST IN THEM!.

By donating or becoming a monthly supporter, you can help us offer free workshops in carpentry, electrical, welding, and plumbing to women and girls in New York City. Your contribution will also fund a week-long Summer Construction Skills Camp for 60 girls, ages 6 to 19.

Together, we can break the 3% barrier and empower the next generation of Tradeswomen. When you inspire a girl today, you’re shaping the strong, capable woman she’ll become tomorrow.

Help us expose, inspire, and mentor future Tradeswomen. Your donation makes it possible.

Thank you for your support!
