PROGRAMS
Tools & Tiaras Inc. was established with the purpose of helping ambitious and determined women and girls pave their ways with-in the construction industry. We provide fully-equipped workshops and programs to the women and girls under our care, we teach them the fundamentals of using tools and skilled craftsmanship. To fulfill this aim and complete our goal, we offer different programs for young girls and women too.

Workshops
We provide monthly workshops for girls who have their schools and other activities on the weekdays. Our workshops take place on Saturdays so that maximum number of girls can have to access this opportunity and learn something they might have never experienced before.
Each of the workshops is led by a woman who has a vast experience, strong skills, and techniques in their perspective field. They are all knowledgeable, talent tradeswomen who have the vision to see girls work in different fields of construction.
In addition to this, participants learn the history and importance of the trades, and the roles they play in shaping our societies.

All girls get a hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and a t-shirt.
Classes are tailored by age groups, and all projects are taught by women who bring their passion, heart, and love of their perspective craft. During Camp, girls will learn basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, auto mechanic and many other skills. All activities are designed for team building.
