Kaitlyn is an aspiring architect and interior designer who discovered her passion for design, building, and creativity through Tools & Tiaras.
While she may be a little shy at first, Kaitlyn is a dedicated hard worker who is always eager to learn new skills and challenge herself. She loves creating, building, and exploring how architecture and interior design can bring ideas to life.
Through Tools & Tiaras, she has gained confidence, hands-on experience, and a community that encourages her to dream big. As a Youth Advisor, Kaitlyn is excited to help other girls discover their strengths, find their voice, and realize that there is a place for them in any career they choose.
ROBBIE ZITO
Robbie Zito joined Tools & Tiaras as a 9-year-old camper with dreams of becoming an architect. While her career interests have evolved over the years, her love for the program and its mission has only grown stronger. Through Tools & Tiaras, Robbie has explored new possibilities, gained confidence, and experienced opportunities she never knew existed.
Known for her determination, leadership, and willingness to step up, Robbie is passionate about helping younger girls see their own potential. She hopes her involvement as a Youth Advisor will inspire others to be bold, try new things, and believe in themselves the same way Tools & Tiaras inspired her.
Kaoma “KK” is a 15-year-old from Long Island City, Queens, with a natural talent for working with her hands and learning new skills. Inspired by her mother, a proud DC9 union painter, KK has developed a strong appreciation for craftsmanship, hard work, and creativity. At Tools & Tiaras, she quickly picks up hands-on skills and enjoys tackling new challenges with confidence.
When she’s not building or creating, KK enjoys listening to music, playing softball, and watching science fiction movies. She hopes to attend the United States Air Force Academy and study aeronautics. As a Youth Advisor, she is excited to encourage other girls to explore new opportunities and discover what they’re capable of achieving
MAGGIE YAGER
Maggie “Mags” is a creative and curious 10-year-old who loves building, designing, and figuring out how things work. Whether she’s creating something new or solving math problems for fun, Mags brings big energy and an even bigger imagination to everything she does.
She dreams of becoming an electrical engineer one day and already has the problem-solving skills to match. Through Tools & Tiaras, she enjoys exploring new skills, taking on hands-on challenges, and learning how ideas become reality. When she’s not busy building or inventing, you can find her playing guitar, laughing with friends, and spreading kindness wherever she goes.
PARKER JAMES
Parker has been part of the Tools & Tiaras family for seven years and has grown into a creative, confident young entrepreneur.
She loves welding, visiting construction sites, and exploring new hands-on skills, but her talents don’t stop there. Parker is also a writer who has created her own books and launched several business ideas, showcasing her creativity and determination at a young age.
Known for her fun-loving personality and bright energy, Parker enjoys playing Dungeons & Dragons, telling stories, and bringing her ideas to life. Whether she’s building something with her hands or creating something from her imagination, Parker approaches every challenge with curiosity, confidence, and enthusiasm.
MADISON MENARD
Madison is an energetic and creative 8-year-old who loves contemporary dance, gymnastics, basketball, and expressing herself through art. When she’s not on the move, you can usually find her outdoors exploring and enjoying nature.
Madison is curious, responsible, and always ready to lend a helping hand. Her laughter can light up any room and perfectly reflects her joyful spirit. Whether she’s trying something new, creating something with her hands, or encouraging those around her, Madison brings enthusiasm and kindness to everything she does.
